I will use this blog in order to “document” my work on my Master’s Thesis/Internship at EPFL University, Switzerland. I will try to update the blog as frequently as possible (at least once a week).

This Thesis is part of my MSc. in Software Engineering of Distributed Systems studies in KTH University, Sweden and will last from February 2011 to July 2011.

I am working with Prof. Rachid Guerraoui and Postdoc fellow Dr. Vincent Gramoli of the Distributed Programming Lab at EPFL University, Switzerland. My Thesis’ examiner at KTH will be Prof. Seif Haridi.

The aim of this project is to investigate the design of a Distributed Transactional Memory System for Many-core Systems.
